On 24th November 2015, Chetwode was awarded the Finance Innovation Label, on the occasion of the 2nd edition of the FIN&TECH COMMUNITY – Finance Innovation bi-annual awards ceremony.
Finance Innovation is a competitive centre coordinated by Paris EUROPLACE, which aims are to strengthen the role of finance in economic growth and promote the financing of SME’s and intermediate size companies.
The Finance Innovation Label was granted to Chetwode in recognition of its ability to develop innovative and strategic projects meeting the new challenges of the financial sector, namely through its sale & leaseback solution dedicated to strategic industrial equipment.
Hosted by the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry, this ceremony was preceded in the morning by a roundtable discussion on industry financing.
This roundtable discussion brought together industry and finance representatives who reviewed the latest innovations available in the field of industry financing, with a special focus on alternative financing for industrial SME’s and intermediate size companies. Jean-Baptiste Magnen, President of Chetwode explained how these innovations were specially designed to meet industry requirements in terms of financing solutions and growth accelerators.
On this occasion, M. Yves Renaud, Managing Director of Cafés Legal, explained how Chetwode helped the company to recover from a difficult and complex situation, namely through the implementation of several sale & leaseback transactions.
