Cette m\u00e9thode permet de s\u00e9curiser un financement entre un d\u00e9biteur et un cr\u00e9ancier. De plus, le professionnel qui emprunte garde la possession de son bien durant la p\u00e9riode pendant laquelle celui-ci est donn\u00e9 en nantissement. Si la dette ne peut pas \u00eatre rembours\u00e9e, le cr\u00e9ancier peut revendiquer la vente du bien nanti aupr\u00e8s du tribunal de commerce. Il assure la bonne r\u00e9alisation du remboursement de la dette. Cela peut concerner la totalit\u00e9 de la cr\u00e9ance ou simplement une partie et sur une cr\u00e9ance actuelle ou future. Par exemple, pour un nantissement de parts sociales, l\u2019inscription doit se r\u00e9aliser au greffe du tribunal de commerce dans la ville d\u2019immatriculation de l\u2019entreprise qui a les parts nanties. L\u2019inscription dure 5 ans et peut se renouveler. \u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fba9015 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fba9015\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La radiation<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7428e5 de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e7428e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le nantissement est finalis\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019il n\u2019est plus mis \u00e0 jour apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance, si la cr\u00e9ance est totalement pay\u00e9e ou encore si l&rsquo;arr\u00eat est demand\u00e9 par l\u2019une des parties.<\/p><p>Sinon, il est possible de v\u00e9rifier le nantissement des biens de vos clients en demandant l\u2019\u00e9tat des nantissements au greffe du tribunal de commerce ou aux services des imp\u00f4ts.
