font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><em>Chetwode announces a\u00a0<\/em>13.7<em>M\u20ac financing in favour of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chalair.eu\/index.php\/en\/\">Chalair Aviation<\/a>, for the acquisition of 4 ATR regional aircraft from HOP (Air France Group).<\/em><\/p><p style=\"color: #16324b; font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">As a specialist of inter-regional transport, Chalair Aviation is a French airline company present in Caen, Brest, Rennes, Nantes, Bordeaux, Pau, Montpellier, Limoges, Lyon and Paris-CdG.<\/p><p style=\"color: #16324b; font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">With the planned withdrawal of\u00a0turboprops (ATR type) from the HOP fleet (Air France Group), Chalair Aviation decided to position their operations on this type of aircraft of 48 to 72 seats, by becoming the French operator of reference, with a fleet consisting initially of 5 aircraft.<\/p><p style=\"color: #16324b; font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\">In June 2018, the company negotiated with HOP the purchase of four ATRs: one ATR72-500 and three ATR42-500. The new Predirec ABL-2 fund (\u00ab\u00a0ABL2\u00a0\u00bb), recently launched by Acofi in partnership with\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">Chetwode<\/span>, will finance the operation for a total amount of 13.7M\u20ac, starting with a first aircraft, already financed in early November.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e7dde1 elementor-icon-list--layout-traditional elementor-list-item-link-full_width de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-icon-list\" data-id=\"3e7dde1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"icon-list.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"elementor-icon-list-items\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-chevron-right\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">New asset class, new financing scheme<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e9ef3b de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7e9ef3b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Innovative asset financing<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-971787a de_scroll_animation_no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"971787a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les avions de ligne repr\u00e9sentent une innovation pour le fonds Predirec ABL-2 g\u00e9r\u00e9 par Acofi Gestion, de m\u00eame que le mode de financement retenu : un pr\u00eat consenti \u00e0 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u0153ur de Chalair, qui s\u2019engage \u00e0 mettre l\u2019avion \u00e0 disposition de cette derni\u00e8re, via un contrat de leasing. On s\u2019\u00e9loigne ici du sch\u00e9ma de leasing ou sale &amp; leaseback, traditionnellement employ\u00e9 par <strong>Chetwode<\/strong> et Acofi, notamment dans le cadre de leur premier fonds Predirec Leasing Strat\u00e9gique (\u00ab ABL1 \u00bb). A noter \u00e9galement, le financement en euros, dans un secteur o\u00f9 le dollar est dominant.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab L\u2019acquisition de ces quatre appareils permettra \u00e0 Chalair de compl\u00e9ter son r\u00e9seau de dessertes interr\u00e9gionales et de se positionner sur les lignes a\u00e9riennes \u00e0 Obligation de Service Public (OSP). Nous sommes heureux de contribuer au d\u00e9senclavement des territoires et de garantir leur connectivit\u00e9, vitale pour nos \u00e9conomies locales.
