with the implementation of a 15,8M\u20ac sale and leaseback transaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Overall, more than 200 M\u20ac were raised from institutional investors by the <strong>PREDIREC Leasing This know-how provides additional security to the collateral and allows the fund to reach a very attractive return\/risk ratio over a short period of time<\/em><span style=\"color: unset; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00bb.<\/span><\/p><p>Jean-Baptiste Magnen, Chetwode President explains: \u00ab <em>relying on the fundamentals of financial analysis, the <strong>PREDIREC Leasing Strat\u00e9gique<\/strong> fund<\/em> <em>is characterized by an original approach centred on the valuation of the purchased industrial assets treated as collateral and a sound knowledge of the company\u2019s business model.
