It is used to secure the investor&#8217;s decision and confirm the conditions set out in the Term Sheet previously issued.\u00a0<\/p><p>It covers (but may not be limited to) :<\/p><ul><li>The company&#8217;s annual accounts<\/li><li>The company&#8217;s debt and its sustainability<\/li><li>Accounting compliance<\/li><li>The viability of the business plan<\/li><li>The value of the assets if a recent valuation has not been carried out. The value used for asset financing does not correspond to the book value shown on the balance sheet (which in most cases is the result of straight-line depreciation) or to the purchase value of the asset.
